Privacy notice

Last updated 26 August 2026. These pages describe how the EduSoluce products work today. They are not a substitute for review by your counsel and do not create extra rights beyond applicable law and your school's contract.

Who this applies to

EduSoluce is a school privacy operations platform. It is not a single shared consumer account system. Families, staff, and schools use different surfaces, and most operational data is stored in a project hosted for that school or network, not in a pooled EduSoluce database of all customers.

Marketing website

This site is informational. We do not require an account to read it. If you use the contact page, your email client opens a message to our pilot address; we receive only what you choose to send. We do not run advertising or session-replay pixels on this site.

Digital Footprint Analysis (DFA)

DFA is designed to run in your browser. Catalog selections and assessment results stay on your device (for example in local storage) unless you export a file or, where a school has enabled it, you submit a non-PII snapshot to that school's system. Do not enter student names, emails, or other identifiers into DFA unless a school-specific submit flow explicitly asks for them.

DSAR portal and Workspace

Privacy requests and staff operations run on a school-provisionedDSAR site and Workspace, typically with a dedicated database. The school (or its designated host) is the controller for request content, case records, and staff accounts. EduSoluce software may process that data only as described in the school's hosting and services agreement. A public URL that is not your school's portal is not a place to file a request about your child.

Children

DFA is meant for parents, guardians, and school staff reviewing education technology. It is not directed at children under 13 as a place to create accounts or submit personal information. School DSAR intake follows that school's identity and student-privacy procedures (including FERPA and applicable state law).

Cookies and local storage

The marketing site may store a theme preference. DFA and demo surfaces may store journey or demo flags on the device. School Workspace uses authentication cookies issued by that school's identity provider.

Contact

Product and pilot questions: use the institutional contact page. For a request about a student's education records, contact the school that holds those records.
