Legal
Terms of use
Last updated 26 August 2026. These pages describe how the EduSoluce products work today. They are not a substitute for review by your counsel and do not create extra rights beyond applicable law and your school's contract.
The products
EduSoluce includes (1) this marketing website, (2) Digital Footprint Analysis (DFA), a browser-based assessment that does not require a family account, and (3) DSAR Portal and Workspace software deployed per school or network. Institutional use is governed by a written agreement with the school or its host. These website terms cover public browsing and DFA. They do not replace a school's student-privacy policy or a paid services contract.
What we do not offer here
This website is not a global inbox for data subject requests. Filing access, deletion, correction, or opt-out requests happens on the portal your school publishes after it is onboarded. Exploring Workspace from marketing links does not create a district account.
DFA
DFA scores and catalog text are informational risk signals, not legal advice, not a determination of FERPA or COPPA compliance for any vendor, and not a substitute for your school's official inventory. You are responsible for what you export or share.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse intake or unlock interfaces (including automated flooding of school portals), attempt to access another school's tenant, or use demo credentials on a production school deployment. School staff must follow their institution's access rules.
Availability
Public marketing and DFA may be offered without a service-level commitment. School DSAR and Workspace availability is defined in the applicable hosting arrangement, not on this page.
Contact
Schools interested in a hosted stack should use institutional pilot contact.
